Somethin' Stupid ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data is handled when you use this website and the rewriting tool.
When you use the rewriting tool, the text you enter is sent to our server, which forwards it to an AI provider (currently OpenAI) solely to generate your rewrite and return it to you. We do not require an account or an API key, and we store the text you rewrite and the result, along with anonymous usage data (such as your country, device type, the tone and language you choose, and time spent on the site), so we can understand how the tool is used and improve it; we do not sell this data or link it to your identity. The AI provider processes the text only to produce the rewrite, under its own terms and privacy policy.
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also visit www.aboutads.info to opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising.
